Rules, risk and what we won't claim

Investing carries risk, and no analyst or platform can remove it. What we can do is be upfront: publish our terms in full, keep client money with regulated payment partners and make our withdrawal process easy to follow.

  • Identity verification is required before an account can move money.
  • Withdrawals always return to the payment method the deposit came from.
  • Our terms, risk disclosure and privacy policy are published in full.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you invest. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you originally put in. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

What we're here to do

Most people who'd like to invest never actually do, because every entry point seems built for someone who already speaks the language. We built the opposite: one account, plain English, and a real analyst you can pick up the phone to.

No jargon dressed up to sound clever, no fee that only appears once your money has already moved, and no promise of a return nobody could honestly guarantee.

The people behind your account

Behind every dashboard sits a team of analysts who read markets for a living, engineers keeping the platform running, and support specialists who answer in your own language.

  • Analysts reviewing market conditions daily, not once a quarter.
  • Engineers monitoring the platform around the clock.
  • Support specialists handling onboarding, verification and withdrawals.

How AuraxAI came together

  1. Where it started

A handful of analysts and engineers kept hearing the same complaint: the tools were out there, but nobody sat down and explained them.

  2. The first working version

Version one did a single thing well — show a balance and a position in plain terms. Everything else waited until that part was right.

  3. Bringing in the human side

Automation can tell you what and when; it can't tell you why. Support specialists joined so every member had a person to ask.

  4. Opening up more markets

Local payment methods, local support hours, and support in the language members actually use.

  5. Where we stand today

The same principles, running at a larger scale: transparent numbers, reachable people, nothing hidden in the small print.
